I know that I’ll never make it to the Hall of Fame- but I’ll be damned if I’m going to sit around and watch (and keep my mouth shut) while my friends systematically get voted off the island after dedicating their entire lives to rock and roll.

I write about it every year!  It’s starting to piss me off.

Now here’s a partial list of questionable acts (in my opinion) that have been voted in by those artsy-fartsy idiots in the committee, followed by what I consider a deserving group that truly should be in:

Iggy Pop- In; Boston- Out
Abba- In; Stevie Ray Vaughn- Out
Jackson Browne- In; George Thorogood- Out
Bonnie Raitt- In; Eddie Money- Out
Genesis- In; Styx- Out
Laura Nyro- In; Carol King- Out
REM- In; The Cars- Out

I just realized something- all those band who are NOT IN the R&R Hall of Fame all opened for me at one time or another!  I must be the curse!
